Join our Child & Family Advocates for an exciting book study!

We are thrilled to launch this pilot book study of Pam Wright and Pete Wright's "From Emotions to Advocacy: The Special Education Survival Guide"! This series is designed to empower parents of school-aged children with IDD to navigate the world of education. Register by February 7 to reserve your spot!

Over five sessions, learn how to:
1. Understand the Special Education jargon and process
2. Gain a deeper understanding of your child’s IEP and school evaluations
3. Gather tips, tricks, and tools to becoming a stronger advocate for your child

Not sure if this is a right fit for you? You're a perfect fit if you are:
•A parent/guardian with a child aged 5-12yrs on an IEP, have attended at least one IEP meeting, and reside in Jefferson, Gilpin, or Clear Creek County.
•A parent/guardian seeking learning opportunities to become more involved in their child’s education
